I think it would be better to change the The MD5 file should also be updated I think to keep R happy at installation time, whether it is the I put a comment into Issue #45 before finding this PR with what I think is the appropriate procedure. |

It looked like geos includes and proj libs wasn't being passed though to pkg-*
