the other issue that I'll need to handle the same way, moving deployment builds off the prod server and into GHA runners, is r-anime/awards-web#142 (and also https://github.com/r-anime/misato-frontend at some point but i don't have an issue for that) |

Trying to merge the frontend update again, but this time with a build process that builds the static files locally and
rsyncs them to the server to avoid extra resource usage.Once I get this working I'll apply the same concept to r-anime/awards-web#143
