The previous URL still works if you access it through a webbrowser, so I assume the 403 is because we're doing it from a script. Luckily dryad does offer API access. It's limited to 30 requests per minute, which should be fine for most cases ... but if it becomes an issue you can download the whole dataset at once instead of each file.
