等一个合适的时候才能做API层面的修改，不然影响太大

我觉得可以通过 http header 控制 是否严格按照 restful 返回 数据
这样就能做到兼容

例如 判断 是否 存在 header: X-Restful, 如果有则严格按照 restful 返回 数据，没有就按照 旧的数据格式返回 （兼容）
