New version with markers at object locations

Updated to make compatible with Unity 2018.3.4f1. Also added red translucent cylinders at the location where objects appear. Fixed a logging bug that affected the freeroam phase. Previously, there was no experiment phase tag for freeroam; adding that may require changes to data loading scripts.
