Sailing Tools 0.1-alpha

This is an initial working release of Sailing Tools.

Sailing Tools has been tested on a Garmin Forerunner 235. It may work on other devices, but it is likely to have formatting issues.

Sailing Tools is designed to be a convenience while sailing. It is not designed to be used for primary navigation.

Upcoming plans include:

• A sail race start timer.
• Refactoring the code to use layouts. With this I hope to support more device types as well as reduce memory.
• Features related to sail race starting, such as time to burn.
