Closes #87

Summary

  • Update dependencies for Webpack 4
  • Update and adapt the config files accordingly
  • Remove deprecated System.import()
  • Merge branch stoiber/testing_with_jest into stoiber/webpack4
  • Remove mini-css-extract-plugin and change to extract-text-webpack-plugin since this is recommended for using Webpack4
