Welcome to the stalker wiki! A collection of information about the Stalker monitoring system.

Current State

Stalker is in the middle of a rewrite. The initial version was written in python and depended on MongoDB. The first step of the rewrite is a line by line port of the backed services (stalker-runner/stalker-manager) to Go. This also includes transitioning from Mongo to RethinkDB, as well as a unification of the backend services into a single binary called "stalkerd".
