TST: filter possible RuntimeWarning in tests (#60553)

* Ignore possible RuntimeWarning in _hash_ndarray

* Revert "Ignore possible RuntimeWarning in _hash_ndarray"

This reverts commit 1c9a763.

* Just filter warnings instead

* Fix typos
