Added my Action Tracker extension

An action tracker extension for Daggerheart and similar games.

Make sure that your submission has the following:

• A link to the raw github markdown file with a YAML front matter definition containing:
  • The title of your extension
  • A description of your extension
  • The author
  • A hero image
  • An icon
  • Tags (these will help with your extension's discoverability)
  • A link to your extensions manifest

Please, go through these steps before you submit a PR.

• You have done your changes in a separate branch.

• You have a descriptive commit message with a short title (first line).

• You have only one commit (if not, squash them into one commit).

• Your pull request MUST target the main branch on this repository.

• Your pull request puts your extensions details as the last entry in the extensions.json file

Hi @ChibiOne thanks for you patience.

Please make sure to check thorough the PR requirements and mark them if your PR meets them.

There's also a couple of issue on your store page and in this PR.

Your key must have a dash as a separator (so it should be action-tracker not action tracker).

I also can't test your extension because your manifest link is an image, rather than the manifest.

You also have a formatting issue with your tags. There is too much whitespace. You can see our store.md page here to see an example of multiple tags:

Your learn-more tag should link to something about the extension not back to Owlbear Rodeo.
