I needed some further tracking of BSSIDs, so I just implemented it as far as I needed / until it worked.
I basically duplicated SSID code and rewrote it in favor of BSSIDs.
This is not production ready code, but I think it could be used as a starting point to actually implement it.
My branch is in a "works on my device" state. I did not test it on other SDKs.
Feel free to ask questions, adjust, merge, reject etc.
I just want my changes to at least be visible to others.
