Release :

• Release branch was created on Monday (April 5th). Only bugfixes go into the release branch.
• New features can be added to the master, but not to the release branch
• Testing with DLRM and Open MPI currently
• Release date to be finalized in the coming weeks.

Resource sharing between UCX and UCC

  • API to share data type information between the User (MPI/PyTorch), UCX, and UCC
  • API to share request objects between UCX and UCC
• Both changes are low-priority and will be tabled for now.
