Description

Refactor the code to let openedx-learning handle the content library asset upload logic.

Closes openedx/openedx-learning#241

Depends on: openedx/openedx-learning#248

Since file_content is a bytes, please use len(file_content) here. Using sys.getsizeof is going to get you the memory size used by the system internal representation of the variable, including things like pointers and object overhead.
