1. Must Have: Biography paragraphs from the member's "Biography" page on house.state.tx.us (http://www.house.state.tx.us/members/member-page/?district=131)

Top Donors

1. MUST HAVE: Amount: Get from 'contribs' view db_column='CTRIB_AMT'
2. MUST HAVE: Donor Name: Get from 'contributors' view db_column='FullName'
3. NICE TO HAVE: Employer Name: Get from 'contributors' view db_column='EMPLOYER'
4. NICE TO HAVE: Date: Get from 'contribs' view db_column='CONT_DATE'

Bills

1. MUST HAVE: Bill Number: Show bill number from legislature views
2. MUST HAVE: Bill Vote: Show final y/n vote from legislature views

Risks/Unkowns

1. No governor data. Won't include until we find a source of data.
2. No subjects. The subjects are not consistent across datasets, and therefore can't be correlated. Need a "source of truth" for subjects.
3. No Personal Financial Disclosure data. Don't know where to get this
4. No Images for Senators. Works for Representatives.
5. Votes include non-Bills. We should limit the vote counts to just Bills, not resolutions or other things.
6. We don't have summaries.
