тут 2 варианта либо *.scss, либо импорты в файле app.scss, а тут только этот файл. Второй вариант лучше.

импортируется 2 раза потому что маска в путях gulp *.scss, он и тут добавляется и там при сборке. ПРоглядел этот момент а это важно, - 0.5 балла
