Vertical heights should be correct.

• Fixes Neurological Tables having incorrect vertical heights for table values causing it to have extra whitespace at the bottom #8265
• Adjusted the vertical padding, line height properties in src\Components\Facility\Consultations\NeurologicalTables.tsx => DataTable component and NeurologicalTable component
