• When we submit a log update, other detail is shown as empty in the events log, remove it
• in the level of consciousness, replace _ with space
• in critical care, when we input infusion events such as when we click something from the drop and submit data, it is not shown in the events, similarly for pressure sore, pain scale, and nursing care
