Version 1.3.10 with shiny app 1.1.9

VRAP 1.3.10 has a number of minor bug fixes. Shiny app 1.1.9 has a rav editor so that the rav file can be edited freely within the shiny app.

Version 1.3.9 with shiny app 1.1.5

This documents the state of VRAP before the shiny app 1.1.9 (with rav editor) was integrated into VRAP.

This version has the CenterCov flag and will center the covariates in CompRecruits.R like DM does if centerMS and centerFlow are TRUE.
