Also fix some Elixir 1.4 warnings
- Add quick_replies argument to send_message - send_content/3 to send generic content (audio/video); - send_template/2 to send a template
This way, it is easier to replace the page token function with a version that requests it from somewhere else, e.g. the database.
- add tests for thread control messaging events - mix format everything - fix all warnings - update some dependencies

This is a PR to address a many issues and to get my own fork of this library back up to par with upstream. Summary of the changes:
