reproduced the behaviour from ticket: the ticket this nrwl/nx#18521 in this fork.
If you remove the
optional()call then the front end recognizes that the call without an input is invalid:However the app builds absolutely fine:
And the call fails on the client
If you then add the
optional()call, the ide recognizes its fixed, but the front end does not rebuild.I would expect that the front end recognized the change to the client and rebuilds.
