What change does this PR introduce?
My PR modifies the scroll bar as was required to resolve the issue #4261 . ScrollArea from Mantine has been used to resolve the issue.
Why was this change needed?
ScrollArea is an pre-built component in Mantine library that has been used to resolve this issue.
