Problem

With the feature scope of 1.0 largely completed (optimizations, tests and documentations to follow), Noir is ready to enter its 1.0 Pre-release phase.

Happy Case

  1. Update release workflow to publish releases in the naming format of 1.0.0-beta.n (i.e. 1.0.0-beta.1, 1.0.0-beta.2...)
  2. Update docs publishing workflow to accommodate for the name change (e.g. derivation of the docs version switch at top-left of docs)
  3. Create Issues for updating known external dependencies (e.g. installation scripts like noirup and bbup (bbup already supports it from manual testing)

Additional Context

Naming follows the SemVer convention.
