This PR enables NNTrainer to use Android NDK r27 to support compiling 16 KB-aligned shared libraries. While -fpu is ignored and -mfloat-abi option is not valid with AArch64 targets, removing these options has no effect on using current NEON instructions for armv8.2. **Self-evaluation:** 1.
