Create 'Ephys at the SWC' page.

'Ephys at the SWC' or something that contains:
-Getting started with ephys at the SWC (approaches in the building, what we recommend, what different researchers in the building are doing and their contact details)
-A general roadmap (our plans). (initially was focused on spikewrap but I think in the short-term a lot of impact can be had with relatively little effort, around communications, sharing what is already going on in the building, recommending spikeinterface)
-Examples of spikeinterface pipelines from the building (people have sent me some example scripts to post)
General tools / scripts in use in the building

In theory, we could make this part of the HowTo. We could re-arrange the main sections to make the Ephys more visible.

We now have these three sections (see image). But the “Data analysis” one only hosts the SLEAP module guide. We could scrap that, and replace it with “ephys at SWC” and “behav at SWC”. The other two sections can stay.
