I checked you changes against the composer.json here: https://github.com/OpenMage/magento-lts/blob/main/composer.json
LGTM if we compare it.
I am wondering that a simple extension check pdo can replace pdo_mysql. How is verified that MySQL or MariaDB drivers are there?
