On the road to phpstan level 9 ...

... i think its easier to do it step by step.

Changes proposed in this pull request:

  • added DDEV command as shortcut
  • added basic config
  • fixed some issues
  • baselined two calls to undefined methods ... (needs some investigation. What was the purpose of it?)
