Damn! @webwarrior-ws FYI this PR has broken versions of nuget packages; instead of publishing 8.40.1xx, it has published 40.1.0xx.

So please:

Unlist all 40.x versions of all Mali packages on nuget.
Create a PR that detects when the version used in a package (before uploading it) is not same as the one specified in GitInfo.txt, and FAIL FAST before uploading.
