Use convention in gradle project structure

• Follow official guide for sharing build logic (using convention plugin)
• Keep groovy DSL as it already uses it
• Moves repository setting to setting.gradle (gradle guide)

I didn't extract guide project specific setting to convention (e.g. groovy, kotlin). As that's only used in each guide project.
