Observatories should have a separate name attribute

Currently, there is only an "origin" attribute which is intended for provenance information but also contains the name. In some cases, the name is not provided in "origin".

There is a .name attribute, which just holds the key from the dictionary. If you want to implement something like this probably need to make a .fullname attribute or something like that, just to keep it clear.

acre is (I think) the University of Glasgow observatory
ccera is (I think) the Canadian Centre for Experimental Radio Astronomy which has a small telescope in Rideau Ferry, ON. However, the position in PINT is still the old(?) site in Smiths Falls, ON which is nearby. Could probably contact [email protected] for verification of the correct position.
