coursera-preview-download

A node.js script for batch downloading preview videos from coursera.org for offline reference.

Installation

Make sure you have installed node.js 0.8.XX.

1. grab the code by running git clone https://github.com/myok12/coursera-preview-download.git
2. run npm install to install third-party dependencies

Usage

1. run npm start
2. When prompted, type a URL for a videos preview page when requested. If you don't have one, google for "preview video lectures site:class.coursera.org"
3. If you import into iTunes, make sure you select all videos -> Right Click -> Get Info to specify that the files are an iTunes U set to have them play in the right order.
