Without this, all automatic updates done to
IpToCountryCompact.csv(from MTA HQ URL) will be marked as changes by git.I added a
IpToCountryCompact.csv.backupfile and code to automatically createIpToCountryCompact.csvwith its content when it doesn't exist (first installation / run of ip2c).
