This PR makes subdomains to follow by default the same proxy configuration as the main domain. It is still possible to manually configure a subdomain to use a different proxy.
The popup integrates that logic as well, and a third tab with the subdomain proxy configuration will appear, if one is manually added.
The domains/subdomains detection logic has been improved at the same time.
