chore(model): add silero-vad to the gallery

Description

This pull request adds a new voice activity detection model to the gallery index. The most important change is the inclusion of the silero-vad model with its associated metadata and file details.

New model addition:

• gallery/index.yaml: Added the silero-vad model with URLs, description, tags, backend overrides, parameters, and file details.
