OMIM gene pipeline should not result in gene associations being added to deprecated Mondo classes #8435

Based on the last run of the OMIM gene pipeline, gene associations were added to deprecated classes. This should not happen (either not be added to deprecated classes or removed afterwards depending on which is easier). Here's the list of where these were added in this last run of the pipeline: #8108 (comment)

Since these were all handled by manual QC fixes along with other mondo-edit.obo qc check error fixes, I'd prefer this be fixed after we get these gene associations merged into Mondo so it will be ready for the next run of the pipeline, not the run for the December release.
