This seemd a strang grouping term,
but all the children are respiratory complex
mitochondrial complex deficiency (MONDO:0000066)

should it be renamed
mitochondrial respiratory complex deficiency (MONDO:0000066) ?

Also, the children should probably all have "respiratory" in the term names, and should use Roman numerals (currently a mixture of Arabic and Roman)
