Adapt Graph QL service to obtain transaction data from Reporting DB

As a Hub operator managing a mojaloop hub that has implemented the currency conversion, I would like to have visibility of the currency conversion transfers, so that my technical operational team can trace these transfers alongside the normal transfers.
