NWAPI Plugin
To convert videos: Drag an drop videos onto the .exe to convert it (place the resulting zip files in plugins/scuffedvideoplayer/videos).

Install:
-System.Memory.dll goes into the SCPSL_Data\Managed folder.
-ScuffedVideoPlayer.dll goes into the NWAPI plugins folder.
-The contents of dependencies.zip goes inside the NWAPI dependencies folder (dosent matter which one).
NEEDS NWAPIPERMISSIONSYSTEM (https://github.com/CedModV2/NWAPIPermissionSystem/releases/)
