As per #238, this splits ground water and lithia water up so that they use two different autoplace controls. The "Enable water ores" setting has also been renamed to "Enable water resources". The parameters of these resources have also been further adjusted so that close patches will be much richer, but richness will increase slower with distance.

Resource parameters have also been further adjusted. Greatly increasing additional_richness effectively makes close patches more similar in richness to distant ones, and making minimum and normal very high causes resource patches to become richer with distance at a much slower rate. Since these resources are infinite (and thus will never be cleaned up by mining them to extinction) and do not diminish like oil does, these changes will ensure that closer patches will be at least somewhat worthwhile.
