-Change default HUD
-Disable Texture filtering (graphics -> OpenGL) by default to make things look more sharp instead of smudgy
-Add mention in English and Russian UI that dividing the rendering resolution can reduce game lag

-Added John Romero's Sigil.wad
-Under the hood code base changes and cleanup by TacoTheDank, effects to be seen in next update
