Segue versão para avaliação. A ideia não foi apenas tratar a "dor" especificamente, mas também dar uma ideia de como o projeto poderia crescer em cima dessa infraestrutura.
Essa infraestrutura não é utilizada onde trabalho, vem sendo fruto de modelos que venho estudando e acho uma forma organizada para o um projeto webapi.
