Environment

- Milvus version: e47bf21
- Deployment mode(standalone or cluster): both
- MQ type(rocksmq, pulsar or kafka):    
- SDK version(e.g. pymilvus v2.0.0rc2):
- OS(Ubuntu or CentOS): 
- CPU/Memory: 
- GPU: 
- Others:

Current Behavior

When index returns error (say parameter check failed), the detail message could not be returned. "invalid format string" is returned instead, which is very confusing.

Expected Behavior

Return actual error message from index engine

Steps To Reproduce
