Fixes Dependencies are not installed #16. Adds dependencies.
Adds additional Crawl Features

Proposed Changes

Adds Crawl: webtranspose.Crawl.retry_failed_urls and webtranspose.Crawl.get_failed to retry failed 404 pages.
Adds misc style fixes to chat and scrape.
