Mech has new wheels that we should replace what we have in simulation.
Should talk to mech to get the relevant urdf and xacro files and updating the robot.urdf.xcaro file accordingly: https://github.com/mcgill-robotics/rover-2025/blob/main/sim/model/rover.urdf.xacro
