ICIPE HPC Environment Modules This repo contains Environment Modules used in Icipe computing infrastucture infrastructure.

module load and unload programs installed in the /opt/apps/$SOFTWARE/$SOFTWARE_VERSION directory.
For example, in our infrastructure, Nextflow 19,0+ is installed in /opt/apps/nextflow/19.0+.
Package version(updates) are installed upon user request
