On second glance, it looks like this file is being referenced by the CI inner_performance/.github/workflows/build.yml Line 157 in b4e5e0e Is there a reason that the CI would use a different rubocop config than local? |

The canonical filename is
.rubocop.yml(with the dot in front) and that file already exists in this repo.
