While this was good for exploring, a better route is to slowly incorporate these as piece by piece refactors into October to make it easier to do upgrades while a new UI is tidied up |

For anyone interested in following along at home, this PR contains a rewrite of October from the ground up.
The idea here is to address common issues such as items that fail to parse as well as expanding the UI to allow browsing individual highlights.
Despite the bump in major version number, October should remain compatible with previous configuration files and so on.
