gapless: Add at 3.8

**Summary**

- Rename 'G4Music' to 'Gapless' to follow GNOME HIG.
- Marquee animation for long title.
- Fix cursor for clickable label.
- Tweak blur background.
- Add Hebrew translation.
- Update Occitan translation.
