Roadmap

mahsa.ama edited this page Dec 10, 2021 · 1 revision

A product roadmap is a high-level visual summary that maps out the vision and direction of your product offering over time. There are different formats for defining it. We have used Go format. The release planning has been done using the "Fixed Date" format, so that leaves some room for flexibility in the number of User Stories that will be implemented by the end of each release. Three total releases have been considered, where the first release will be at the end of the first sprint, the second release will be at the end of the third sprint, and the third and final release will be at the end of the fifth sprint.
