Shiny App Beta Version

Working beta version of the BifurcatoR Shiny app. This repository was originally a copy of https://github.com/carmkhoo/experimentalRepo. Updates will be made to this repository in future versions. Functionality for this app was developed here: https://github.com/VanAndelInstitute/bifurcatoR and is a separate, but integral companion to this app.
