Here is a working nested reorderable component.

The drag and drop logic ( putBefore if dragging above half of the element and after if below half is same as the one we have)
~~An item can be made the child of the previous item by dragging itself to make an indentation (dragging towards right) and out of the parent by dragging towards left~~ (disabled as this introduced other issues)

Issues:
The state of the child item is reset when switching between nested levels.
